FULLY FURNISHED | NEAR TO METRO | VACANT

The worst part of this building is noise isolation. I don't just hear city noise because window frames are too fragile, I also hear my neighbors taking a shower and using washroom. I can literally hear water dripping in their shower. Common areas don't make clean impression and cockroaches are everywhere. Pool area is not well maintained. 2 construction areas in front and 1 in the back side of the building. Difficult access to parking. Housing bill is approx AED 250 which is too high for this building.

So a lady called namrata contacted me from Danube and asked me about my query and details etc. she never got back to me. If you cannot assist or if you do not have the property for an potential investor, just have the due courtesy to get back to them and let them know.

My personal experience and Danube starz has been exceptionally Amazing. 1) Flat in Fully Furnished with top quality Furniture and basic day to day Appliance fitted in bathroom kitchen and Living Room. 2) My Work Place is near Sheikh Zayed Road and the metro From Starz is on Walking Distance so That is sorted. 3) Maintenance is much better compared to the previous Property i was living in. my friend wanted to move in the same apartment but all the flat in this apartment is occupied. i Think i will continue to stay here for as long as i am working in dubai.

It is one of the most poorly maintained buildings in Al Furjan and also probably in Dubai. The fire alarm in the building is faulty and goes off at any random time, it could be 6 in the morning or 12 at night. To add to the noise pollution, the building management now plays loud music in the common areas. Even after repeated complaints to the team the problem still persists. Would not recommend this building to anyone planning to stay.
