Living Comforts: Central air conditioning, satellite TV, and built-in wardrobes.

In-Unit Utilities: Washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Building Facilities: Swimming pool and fully equipped gymnasium.

Parking: One (1) dedicated assigned parking space.

Terms & Additional Information
Security Deposit: AED 2,000 (Refundable upon checkout, subject to inspection).

Tourism Dirham Fee: AED 600 (Applicable for the first 30 nights only).

Payment Terms: Full advance payment is required prior to check-in.
