    We had a lovely time at the pool and during our stay here

    While the building itself boasts beauty, the lackluster management significantly diminishes its livability. Basic necessities seem beyond their grasp, leading to a frustrating living experience. Additionally, excessive Airbnb usage causes numerous problems, resulting in the imposition of restrictive rules on residents.

    In the modern business bay district ,near to the metro and the dubai mall ,provide with flat screen ,wifi,mini fridge, nespresso machines, 2 restaurants, 2 bars,also a SPA ,outdoor pool and a gym

    The pool area looks amazing but the pool is quite dirty. The vents are full of hair and there’s a layer of black in the ridges of the pool. The AC bills are high. ISTA is the provider and the rates are 3 times the rates elsewhere. There are leaks that cannot be explained, in maintenance own words ‘we are responding to leaks everyday’.
