SPACIOUS 1BR | UNFURNISHED | PRIME DIFC

It’s the horrible building u can rent,very dirty, ac is always off in buildings everywhere smelling,security is week, 24h some units are do maintenance,voice of construction and units are crazy.u can not find peace prices of rent is crazy high the landlord think bcuz they are in difc they can rent as index or burj daman , but quality of daira building is 10times more than this 14/15yeats old building,all workers always sitting in front of main entrance it’s always dirty , very bad very expensive,I don’t know why people let landlord rent this building that much high

The worse experience,the voice of maintenance of units never stops , full of cockroach,very week security,very high rent comparing to the 13/14 years building that it’s smelling ,out side is in difc inside is like even lower quality of daira building , Ac in corridors are always off management do it to don’t pay bills, elevators are always smelling of people , very dirty , they don’t clean the windows

AVOID is possible. Lived through constant renovation projects for over 1 year. Noise from renovation projects infiltrated our unit constantly. This is an old building and we experienced 6+ renovation projects and we're provides with no peace. Truly terrible.

Lived here for 1 year. AVOID IF POSSIBLE. Endless renovations that resulted in having to leave the apartment. Drilling vibrations violently shaking our apartment. Not livable. Highly recommend not living here as it's an older building and renovations will continue to distrubt any peaceful living. .

I have been renting in this building for 3 years now and I love it. The location is excellent, connected to Gate Avenue and a few steps away from the metro. The building is very well maintained and has nice facilities.

Having spent four years at Park Towers, I think that Park Towers has one of the best offering in DIFC for its price range. The pool and barbecue area are exceptional and an amazing place to host guests visiting. The building is extremely well located within the gate avenue - the carrefour supermarket is only a couple of minutes walk away. You can also cross the gate avenue very easily to access the metro. Highly recommend if you are looking at moving in DIFC.
