Burj Royale has a very distinctive atmosphere. It feels almost like a high-quality apartment hotel, with a 24-hour concierge and a steady stream of residents and visitors arriving from all over the world. There is always a wonderful sense of life in the building, while at the same time it feels safe and secure. People come to Dubai for holidays, business and short stays, giving the lobby an international, cosmopolitan character. For me, that is part of its appeal. The location is superb for anyone wanting a memorable and enjoyable stay in Downtown Dubai. Everything is close at hand, and having concierge and security available day and night makes the building particularly convenient, whether arriving late, receiving deliveries or spending only part of the year in Dubai. I own two apartments here and, for me, Burj Royale captures something very special about modern Dubai: people from every corner of the world, of different nationalities and backgrounds, coming together in peace and mutual respect under one roof, in the heart of one of the world’s most beautiful cities.
