Everything is close at hand, and having concierge and security available day and night makes the building particularly convenient, whether arriving late, receiving deliveries or spending only part of the year in Dubai. I own two apartments here and, for me, Burj Royale captures something very special about modern Dubai: people from every corner of the world, of different nationalities and backgrounds, coming together in peace and mutual respect under one roof, in the heart of one of the world’s most beautiful cities.
