The Old Town is a great area for Singles and Families alike. Everybody is friendly and there is a great selection of pools to use across the entire community. It benefits from not being a high rise, unlike the majority of Downtown and is very well maintained. Its a 7 min walk to Dubai Mall and all of the restaurants on the boulevard are well balanced with a variety of choice. Paid parking is available for visiting guests and spaces can usually be found during most parts of the day. Numerous supermarkets are within a 5 min walk and everywhere delivers. The only negative is the lack of a free community gym.
