Move-in ready — no work needed, fully maintained and professionally 6. Family friendly community — quiet, secure, with parks and schools nearby

Traffic is bad and getting worse. 3 more towers about to open but road was made narrower. 6 more towers under construction in a small area. Beeping, construction and cement pumping noises 24 hours a day evn loud on a high floor. Great balcony but we never use it because it is to loud to have a conversation without yelling at each other. Absolutely no guest parking anywhere nearby and not enough resident parking in building. We have to rent a spot in a different building.
