Traffic is bad and getting worse. 3 more towers about to open but road was made narrower. 6 more towers under construction in a small area. Beeping, construction and cement pumping noises 24 hours a day evn loud on a high floor. Great balcony but we never use it because it is to loud to have a conversation without yelling at each other. Absolutely no guest parking anywhere nearby and not enough resident parking in building. We have to rent a spot in a different building.

The apartment block is truly a standout in terms of quality and comfort. One of the first things that strikes you is how well-maintained and clean the building is. It's evident that a lot of attention is paid to upkeep, from the pristine hallways to the polished amenities. Speaking of amenities, the facilities are excellent, offering a variety of options to cater to residents' needs. Overall, living here provides a harmonious blend of comfort and convenience. Highly recommended.
