Luxury 1BR | Opera View | Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa

Non stop construction noise and now two more buildings are about to start which will make staying on Opera side very noisy. Cars at night make noise on the road which disturbs the sleep. No community living and not a great property for families with kids. Otherwise property is centrally located.

Construction infront of balcony is nonstop Garbage container is right under the balcony Bad smell all the time from AC

Very good building, right next to burj khalifa and opera. Very easy to walk to Dubai mall and souk Al bahar too.

I’ve lived in standpoint for nearly 5 years now. This building is a hidden gem in downtown! Unlike other Emaar buildings what I love about standpoint is, the access- and the entrance is from the main boulevard with a little mini roundabout where you can stop for a moment and drop off etc. I lived here during when the Opera was built, and it is such a fab location. My dog loves running down those stairs and we go to Burj Park daily, the fountains are a few meters away and you can walk to Dubai mall and souk al bahar! And of course to Burj Khalifa too. The pool is quite trendy too!

The swimming pool and its facilities are very nice. Staff & security are great. Can get extremely noisy on lower floors because of cars and construction workers.
