one of the best Damac building. very closed to dubai. only one year old building.

Excellent location away from the traffic. Nice and well maintained. Perfect for the family to live in as most of the owners and tenant are descent people. Valet parking is the bonus.

It is a brand new residential tower. good location for a reasonable price. Only concern is construction works nearby, but soundproof doors and windows are protecting from noise. price is fair. Fully furnished units, hotel atmosphere

Recommended. Very nice brand new building with high end finishing. Fully furnished. Security 24/7. Concierge service. The rates are very reasonable for Downtown.
