Brand New Corner Unit | 2 Parking | Dubai Hills

Brand new, never-lived-in corner apartment in the heart of Dubai Hills Park — flooded with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, with a spacious wraparound balcony overlooking the community pool, palm-lined walkways and skyline.

Highlights:
Brand new – first occupancy
Premium corner unit, dual-aspect views
Two dedicated parking spaces
Elegant herringbone flooring throughout
Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors & wraparound terrace
En-suite bathrooms in travertine-style marble with brushed gold fittings
Designer vanities, mirrors & pendant lighting
Built-in mirrored wardrobes
Separate storage/utility room
Centralized A/C & smart entry panel

A timber front door opens into a welcoming hallway leading to a bright, open living space wrapped in glass. The corner position means natural light all day, while the terrace is perfect for relaxing or entertaining with views across the community. Bedrooms are generously sized with beautifully finished en-suites featuring vessel sinks, rainfall showers and warm ambient lighting.

Two allocated parking spaces make this an even rarer find in this sought-after community.

Location: Dubai Hills Park, Dubai Hills Estate — close to Dubai Hills Mall, Dubai Hills Golf Club, top schools and parks, with quick access to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road, keeping Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina minutes away.
