Emaar buildings in a prime location. The maintenance of the buildings is outstanding. 5 mins to the beach!

Have been here for three years. We love the convenience of being close to the beach, the mall, the promenade, and amenities. The staff are friendly and the building is maintained well with frequent window cleanings, time replacements, and painting. We have two young kids and appreciate the soft play room and pool.

Close to the JBR beach, good restaurants. Nice gym, decent swimming pool. Good quality apartment. Very noisy from the road especially on the weekend. No guest parking.

Al sahab has great location very near to the beach at jbr with easy in and out to marina from exit 29 but it has a big problem with the visitors parking. There is not even one single visitor parking. Literally no one can visit you with a car.

Love living near JBR with a the lively activites going on. But if youre not into the city that neve sleeps feel then this probably isnt for you
