The building is well mainrained and continuously renovated by the community management firm in charge of some of the most luxurious buildings in Dubai. They recently renovated the parking floor and the gym. Now it's big and well-equipped. Gym and pool are never crowded.You'll be there alone most of the time. Rarely with 1-2 other people. Two squash courts - always free. The layouts are excellent. Even though the building is a bit old, a small remodeling will make your apartment brand new. You'll live in Marina's top quiet location for a fraction of the price of a smaller apartment in VIDA located next door. Most apartments are owned not rented. No shared apartments.

Lived here in a 2 bed apartment (facing Damac) for 4 years , has ample guest parking. Downside is the kitchen is very small and can get stuffy. Common bathrooms have a pretty cramped up shower space . Property is ageing and you can expect frequent plumbing and wall seepage issues. Owners tend to neglect and put the liability on the tenants. Gym needs a real makeover, extremely small and obsolete equipment

Rooms are very big. Not seen such big rooms in any tower in Dubai. Full height closets in all bedrooms. Separate AC control for each room and living area.

Great views of marina.the building is always clean.
