I have lived here for the past 2 years, and the Dubai Marina Towers is a lovely place to stay in. Ours is a 2 bed and study with 2 bathrooms and a beautiful view of the marina, and 1 basement parking.The apartment hugs the left side of the building so the sea view is cut off. It is around 1500 sq feet area, and storage facility in the basement. Marina walk is accessible from under the tower via parking P2. So you don't have to go out in the heat to do grocery shopping at Spinneys, or visit the Life pharmacy. And the Damac properties metro station is just a 10 min walk through the ac corridors of the Emaar 6 towers, and the outside walk only involves crossing Habtoor n Bunyan Towers to reach the station. Ample taxis are available. The complex provides 2 exits, one at the front on to the Al Marsa street and the other at the back on to the cul-de-sac on Al Khayay street. The complex boasts lots of play areas for kids and quite a few swimming pools and 1 huge dedicated lap pool. There is RTA parking available outside the complex as well, if the visitor parking is full inside.
