High Floor/ Spacious/ Prime Location

In past few years after SAGA ASTECO take over of the building, so much structural improvement has occurred and implemented. Four new chiller are installed New water management systems installed New fire alarm system installed New security company New cctv and access control New lobby work Passage ceiling Car control and parking issues resolved Bachelor removed, mostly now Arab Asian Russian and European families Most process is streamlined. Most complaints now from few Airbnb owners who are looting their occupants with high charges and not giving service Overall 95% families living happily

Very good location and well maintained. Security are also very friendly.

This was the second building I stayed in at Dubai Marina and it was lovely. There's a 24 hours supermarket right below the building, beach, marina, mall, and metro are within 5-10 minutes walk. The building is right at the turn from the highway so you don't get stuck in Marina traffic which is a huge plus!

Very good building and good prices compare to other towers in the marina. Very clean and good calm, people, mostly europeans also not crowded elevators :)

Since there is a new management there is a lot of improvement in the Escan tower. Due to the new exit road the traffic went much better.
