Most complaints now from few Airbnb owners who are looting their occupants with high charges and not giving service Overall 95% families living happily

This was the second building I stayed in at Dubai Marina and it was lovely. There's a 24 hours supermarket right below the building, beach, marina, mall, and metro are within 5-10 minutes walk. The building is right at the turn from the highway so you don't get stuck in Marina traffic which is a huge plus!

Very good building and good prices compare to other towers in the marina. Very clean and good calm, people, mostly europeans also not crowded elevators :)

Since there is a new management there is a lot of improvement in the Escan tower. Due to the new exit road the traffic went much better.
