I lived at Marina Diamond for 3 years and I was very happy from my overall experience. The staff is always helpful and even though the apartment is crowded you don’t hear any disturbing noise at all. Amenities need some improvement but the pool and the gym always ready for your use. The location is very strategic you can easily reach SZR in/out is very easy and Marina Mall is just a few steps far away from your apartment.

Marina Diamond 1 in Dubai offers comfortable living with great views in a prime location, though its amenities may feel a bit dated. Perfect for those who prioritize location and a lively community atmosphere.

The Marina Diamond Buildings 1-6 (excluding 2) are all very well located close to Marina Metro and close to Marina Mall and Marina Walk. Service charges include AC so good for tenants but still reasonably priced for landlords. The buildings are well maintained. Road facing apartments obviously have noise from the Sheikh Zayed Road side, but marina view apartments are a bargain.
