quiet, high quality building. Excellent layout with full view to marina Much better than JLT, Much better than living in a tall high-rise building. Excellent location, very close to metro, and to all kind of activities. Gym can be improved, but overall, great place to live.

Lived here for 4 years. Everything is great. Traffic good compared to marina and jbr. Amazing maintenance. pool area, shower recently renovated, New entrance is in progress. Friendly neighbors. One of the best values in marina. Excellent location, nice facilities, excellent layout and view. I have been living in Marina Diamond 4 for four years, I have not had any issue. I strongly recommend it.

The location of this building is amazing, it’s close to the metro as well as the marina. Maintenance could be quicker but the building is maintained overall.

I would not leave this lovely apartment with a great view with good maintenance and nice pool area. Location is amazing, close to everything, overlooking the marina… always something to do closeby… if not, the metro is 3 minutes walk. I lived here for three years now, no need to have a car. Working in JLT mada this the best place to live… much nicer and livelier and classier than JLT.
