Love the building, but the traffic around here is INSANE

Though its look noisy in the lower ground level residential levels it’s peaceful and building is safe sand maintained well. Stuffs of the building are helpful always ..it s convenient place for a new comer and long staying g guest

Very convenient as Carrefour and Spinneys are at walk distance. Uber pick up and taxi right below the tower. Prime location at Marina

Nice location but crazy noisy and lot of special people there with annoying behavior and no building rules that are followed anywhere

This building itself is great, but the noise in that area is crazy! Every night we’re hearing noisy sport cars until midnight. Most of the people in this building are used to slam their doors and security isn’t able to stop this - again and again. And if you like to visit the gym, be prepared for a lot special people that don’t follow common gym rules and don’t expect anyone to do anything about it.
