BEST LAY OUT | FUL MARINA VIEW | 3 BED + MAID's

Marina Quays, East Tower, is the best tower in Dubai Marina: away from the traffic noise (only in the West Tower), best full marina view, great maintenance, nice garden and beautiful pool surrounded by trees and palms, close to JBR beach, beautiful promenade, a small market in the same building, Marina Mall in the opposite site and 500 meters to Metro station and Tram station. The East tower is by far the best tower of the Marina Quays’s 3 Tower. Pets friendly, safe space for kids, squash court, nice Jim, very nice BBQ community area. And most importantly a melting pot of culture, mostly from West Countries.

I lived there for a year. Apartments are usually well maintained but a bit tired, I had some issues with leaking but the maintenance team from Emaar helped me immediately. Units towards the road might be a bit noisy but the waterfront units have an amazing view. Facilities are typical Emaar facilities which is nice. I would recommend the tower if you are in to the water views.
