Nice building, not too high so still has a community feel to it. The location is great - close to amenities, easy access to metro and Sheik Zayed road.

I have recently moved into Marina Residence but from the minute i walked in i felt at home. The building is well maintained, the security staff are always happy to help and are extremely polite. The facilities are great along with a BBQ area 2 swimming pools and a decent gym. The first day we moved in our neighbours came to say hello, everyone says hi in the lift and we also have a Facebook group to organise socialising events and also if there is any issues which need discussing. The apartment block is also right next to the metro station with shops close by, the Marina and the beach the location is perfect. I would highly recommend this tower to anyone who is looking for something of a good price with a great community feel.
