2 Bedroom and 3 Bath | 2 Balcony | Upgraded

I love the flats at Marina Sail they are really specious, bright and light. The security are lovely and they send guys to fix anything you need which is very handy. The service charge is really low if you compare it to anywhere in Dubai Marina. The chiller is free which is really great and they always go year check so it is always working perfectly even in the hottest days in summer.

The flat is great , light bright and very specious. the reception people are very friendly, facilities are very good. The best thing here is the location on marina walk and having direct exit on Marina walk even add to its advantage. The close proximity to the beach and all supermarkets in the area is a great advantage, Great as a holiday rental apartments.

I love living in Marina Sail Tower as it is on the heart of Marina. Close to amenities and the JBR Beach. I have been living in this building for nearly 2 years now and I really like it so much and would highly recommend it.

The building is amazing. The flat looks great, swimming pool looks great and have great views on the marina, we have two souna's, and have direct access on Marina Walk. I can buy all my grocers from Maya and Carfoor which are just few minus away from the biding. Even though I have a car I can just walk for few minutes to get to the best beach in Dubai, JBR Beach

3 good things about the tower Spacious and with fantastic layout apartments. Great location, easy in/out to SZR If in Marina side, amazing view. The rest is very poor, bad finshings in toilets, kitchen and common areas, extremely poor gym and pool. Maintenance is reactive and scarce. Huge construction site right next to it making it impossible to get a rest ever because windows and door noise insulation are also a joke.

Love to be just 6 mins from the beach, the mall, the marina and the metro station..in fact not sure where else I could ever live which has all this AND a large spacious home. Very happy .
