Marina and Sea View | Unfurnished 2 BR + Laundry

Well-managed tower with a majority of residents being family-oriented and professionals. Easy access with less traffic when entering and exiting Dubai Marina. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, with a Carrefour supermarket right next door—very convenient! They also have an in-house maintenance team. If there’s an issue in your home, the team can inspect and fix it immediately. Super handy!

Noisy neighbors, noisy and loud boats floating night and day with music, too loud speaker from the mosque nearby. Good maintenance and security. Close to metro and conventional carrefour, lovely views. The quality of the whole building is mediocre. It should be repaired carefully and renewed.

This building is perfectly located for us. There’s less traffic when driving in and out of Dubai Marina, and it’s incredibly easy to access the marina walk. The attentive and helpful security and concierge in the building further enhance the experience.

Building is very well managed. Great location, walking distance to variety of restaurants, beaches, and marina walk. Well maintained common facilities (Gym, swimming pool, child play area, etc).

I leave in Marina since 2014 and I've seen many communities in this area. Marina Tower is the best one: it's sitting on the Walk with direct access to the Promenade for great walks tough it's far from the traffic of Marina /JBR. It's perfect for Families as very quiet day and night. Maintenance and Security are efficient and super kind. It's walking distance to the beach, Marina Mall, JBR, JLT. It has a Zoom Supermarket at the ground level. I'd not change with any other communities in Marina

I have been in this tower for 4 Years. What I have noticed is people are moving around this tower. i.e. moving apartments within the tower. Similarly I won't change the tower unless we decide to leave Marina area in general.
