I love this building. It has amazing connectivity. Under the building you have the Tram, Carrefour (Supermarket), Barber shops, Salons, Restaurants and more. It also has one of the best gyms I think in any residential building.

I've been living in this building for 5 years, I'm happy with everything, very helpful security, a large gym, a thermoregulated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a BBQ area, and a children's playground, but most of all I like the location, just one traffic light, and I'm on the SZR, you live on the Marina, but you don’t have to deal with traffic, it is very important that the air conditioning is included in the service charge, this makes the building attractive to tenants, since the air conditioning is free for them, but the only negative is the lack of guest parking, there is not even any space for a car if you're waiting for someone to come down

Good for families, dog friendly, nice well equipped gym, building well maintained, staff friendly

Lived here a year now. It's a very good and well managed building with a great location. Carrefour and tram just downstairs. Elevators mostly not busy. Management visiting occasionally and fixing broken stuff. Some background noise from from the high way and nearby hotel air-conditioners, but apartments are very sound proof. Building AC works great and is silent.

Living there from 2017 until 2019, I can say that management doesn't care about their tenants. The cleaners never come to clean the common areas, sometimes there is water leakage from the pipes but you never know when it will happen (old building) it is not recommended to live there unless you bad surprises.
