The best facilities in marina and great location! Family friendly and fully renovated gym

For me it’s one of the best buildings in marina. Top facilities - fully renovated gym, kids club, tennis court, banquet hall to book bday parties and events. Very family friendly building which is great for us. Kids can enjoy mini waterpark by the pool. Great location and availability of bikes just in front of the building.

I appreciate this building's excellent location and the attentive staff ensuring security. The peaceful atmosphere creates a serene living experience, and the well-maintained amenities like the swimming pool, tennis court, and gym contribute to the overall enjoyment. I was here for 2 months, and the property is very calm and safe. I had the sun in the morning in my bathroom. The swimming pool is good. Balconies are wide. The location is next to the metro and easy to grab a taxi. I recommend it.
