One of the top rated residential towers in the vicinity with luxurious facilities. Been living in the apartment since 2013

Living there for few years. When Loams took over the maintenance few years ago the quality of the building become poor and its dirty. Poor management. Poor cleaning. Very thin walls so forget to listen loud music after 9pm. DAMAC seems don’t care about condition.
