Great location, clean, well-maintained with attentive and friendly staff, nice open views with a lot of space to the next buildings, remodeled indoor pool and jacuzzi, two saunas, nice gym with a lot of equipment, plenty of parking via underground, building parking lot, and street, low traffic. Before moving in, I compared this building with other places and this one was the best.

Great location, close to metro, two grocery stores, mini-mart, and a Life pharmacy are across the street, nice private view from a big balcony far from the next buildings and every one having a marina view except perhaps the first two floors, plenty of parking, little traffic, what more can I ask for. There is more. The AC cost is very low since it is included in building fee(I use no AC, security is good, the building is very clean, well-maintained and responsive. The pool is indoors and good to relax and float around in but not big enough to swim laps but was recently remodeled/re-grouted. There is a jacuzzi and two saunas as well. The gym is better than most hotel gyms and the equipment consists of the same high-end brands that are used in paid gyms although the dumbells only go up to 50lbs but that seems common in these locations. I go there 4x/week and do power-lifting exercises, and they have everything I need except a squat rack, but I just do lunges and Zercher squats instead. Plenty of cardio machines of different types, a room for stretching with kettlebells and a wooden wall stretcher contraption, and a giant punching bag. The traffic noise from the freeway is audible only from the balcony aside from the occasional revving of supercars driving by. Since the building is next to the water, it cannot get any farther from the expressway, and the next row of buildings do filter some. My apt is not facing the mosque, so I do not think that the volume of the prayer calls are loud. The condition of my apartment (1bd) is good because it is well-maintained. I have lived here for over a year. I looked at many other places before moving here, and have no regrets.

Good Tower, great location, Gym & pool are an issue and the humidity in the building.

Great views of the Marina. The apartment I stayed in was bright and airy. Lots of light coming from Balcony. The block is very well maintained, Gym recently renovated, and kept cleaned. Would nit hesitate to stay here again in the future.

I lived on the 3rd floor of Time Place 1 year. The Tower itself is good and the security staff are also good. If you face the marina you will have amazing views but the mosque opposite is loud and will wake you up if you are a light sleeper. The Pool and Gym are awful The pool looks like something for kids only and the gym is very basic. Location wise I thought it was great. Near the Tram/Metro and the road itself doesn't get busy, there is alot of parking around it. The 3 bedrooms with the marina view are very nice. Overall I do recommend this tower despite the rating. If you are not fussed about the gym and pool then it's not that bad.

We stay in 3 bedroom flat right in the corner with full Marina view and bright. Pro:s: There’s no traffic noise in this position. Less traffic jam. There are always available public parking lots outside except weekend afternoon and evening Cons: The speaker of mosque in the opposite side is really loud. Kitchen is small and bad quality. Leaking from the A/c above kitchen ceiling happens many times. Toilets are also bad quality and smelly. A/C is noisy and old. Water will pour inside windows when it’s heavy rain. The swimming pool is too small to swim. Parking entrance is narrow. No visitor parking in building
