I have been living in this building for the past three years, and unfortunately, my overall experience with the building management (PAM) has been disappointing, particularly regarding security and maintenance. One of the major concerns is the reliability of the CCTV system. I have personally experienced situations where CCTV footage was unavailable when needed. For example, my car was damaged while parked in the building's parking area. When I reported the incident to the Dubai Police and they requested CCTV footage, it was discovered that the cameras were not functioning. As a result, the matter could not be properly investigated, and I was unable to obtain any resolution till date. In another incident, my wife’s building access card was stolen while she was using the ladies' gym. When we reported the matter, we were informed that the CCTV cameras in the ladies' gym were not working, leaving us without any way to identify the person responsible. The maintenance of the facilities is also below expectations. The men's sauna has been out of service since the day I moved in and remains non-functional. The men's gym and steam room often suffer from poor upkeep and hygiene standards. Additionally, the shared swimming pool is not properly monitored or maintained, and many residents use it inappropriately (uses like their bathroom), affecting the overall experience for other tenants. That said, I would like to acknowledge the daytime security officer and the security supervisor, both of whom have always been professional, helpful, and courteous. They are among the building's strongest assets. The building's location is excellent, and the newer exit towards Academic City has significantly improved accessibility and convenience. Another advantage is that the apartments remain relatively cool throughout the year due to the building's positioning. Overall, while the location and some security staff members are excellent, the ongoing issues with building security systems, facility maintenance, and management responsiveness have significantly impacted the living experience. In my opinion, these shortcomings may be one of the reasons many tenants have chosen to leave the building in recent years.

My experience at AXIS 2 dubai Silicon Oasis has been fantastic. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed. Security measures are top-notch, making me feel safe and secure. The pool is a great amenity, always clean and well-maintained. Noise levels are surprisingly low, providing a peaceful living environment. Despite being conveniently located, traffic near the building is minimal. The guest parking availability is a definite plus. Overall, I highly recommend AXIS for its exceptional living experience.

Amazing Building and Locality in DSO its at the end and very peaceful and reasonable compared to other rentals in the area. Its a family building and very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to bus stop, the building is having security who are friendly and very nice area to live with family- silicon oasis
