First Week OCTOBER Pool View I Balcony

Kids screaming all the time in corridors and playing area downstairs. You can hear it from the high floors loud nonstop screaming. elevators are always smelling bad because of the people and the kids and the mess they leave behind elevators issues

it is a family building, dedicated playground. It's a safe and vibrant haven for families with spacious units and educational support.

It is great place for kids until 6 years old nGood community for house wife and kids

Very nice area with all you need like Supermarket, Hospital, Restaurants and activity facilities.

Nice place to live in, Easy transportation, access to shops and mall, walkable distance to GEMS school and Fakeeh University Hospital

The title says it all. The building inside is always dirty, trashy , smelly, and full of cockroaches. You will face many maintenance issues and water problems. And the cockroaches will invade the space no matter how many time you bring pest control. And not to forget the noise from the highway and from the neighbors that have absolutely no respect for night time. The pool is always dirty, the gym’s machine are all out of service. The parking ramp is the most dangerous ive ever seen. The elevator are always not working. I strongly do not recommend staying even 5 minutes in this building. And especially do not trust the agent.
