In addition to the noise from the AC units on top of the Hillton Hotel, Bahar 4 has humidity problem especially in the summer. The rooms are so humid everything in side will be moudy. If they don't know how to control the air flow in the building, at least the landlord should provide some portable dehumidifiers.

Convenient Supermarket, Pharmacy, Kids play area. Perfect for family with Kids. Maintenance issues need to be improved.

The main room is facing the sea, amazing view, but we cant use it cause there is noise from the AC. We dont know if its from the Hilton in front or the mechanical room in the 13th floor. We called Dubai municipality and they measure the noise to say that is normal....
