It has everything one needs. Spacious Apartments, playarea, market place , medcare. Super awesome and friendly community. Close to beach and the Walk. A bit of traffic but manageable. Vibrancy of the place is infectious.

The apartment are very large and have a lot of storage. The plaza level is amazing for kids to play, as there is no traffic on this level. The pools only have a handful of broken sunbeds, you will be lucky to get one when you go to the pool, so you ended up leaving your belongings in the floor or the fence, not ideal. The noise outside is really bad at night on the weekends and any holidays, the hotels around play music very loud and cars outsides are very noisy at late hours. The worst thing is the traffic, prepare to add 15 minutes to any trips just to get in or leave JBR. The traffic light to turn to SADAF takes around 5 minutes to turn green because of the tram.

The building is located next to the beach. Nice view. There is children play area on the plaza level. Medical services clinic, supermarket, laundry. Very well equipped gym. Save and comfortable area. Restaurants to any choice. 5 star hotels and best facilities around.
