One of the cleanest and relatively newer buildings in JLT. Great location being right next to some of the best restaurants in JLT, and only a few minutes walk to the Metro station.

Honestly this is the worst apartment I have ever had the displeasure of living in. They don't even have maintenance which means you need to find a third party to do it for you, which is expensive. The neighbors are beyond ignorant and will drive you nuts with the door banging, noisy pets and loud t.v. The Lakeside Facility cares about nothing but money and will completely ignore your suggestions or queries. So if you want to sign up for the worst experience of your life, choose Lakeside Apartments IMPZ.

It is one of the best buildings in Jlt both in quality and facilities. Also location is very good. close to metro and restaurants and bars are just down there. security is working well , not a noisy apartment
