Spacious Layout | 1BR | Dubai Gate 2

I lived in this building for 1 year and was totally disappointed with the maintenance services. 1) Despite repeated requests, the maintenance team/managements of the building did not address critical issues during the whole year. The windows leaked during rainstorms, leading to wet walls and eventually causing mold due to the persistent humidity. This not only made the living conditions uncomfortable but also posed health risks. We literally had to buy the materials and fix everything by ourselves as the maintenance didn't have even silicone to fix windows or cracks in the walls. 2) The pool was closed on maintenance for the half of the year. 3) As it's not a Chiller free, you have to pay extra 400-500 aed for a small studio during summer periods. As I've lived in Dubai for a few years I can say that this is one the worst buildings me and my friends have seen and I would not recommend this building until these serious issues are resolved.

Its one of the most budget friendly building in JLT with all the nice amenities. nMaintainance, security, cleanliness is very good and no issues at all. nnOnly issues in sometime traffic can be there on Friday/Saturday evening due to lot of people coming near Cluster A for party in various restaurants.

All accessible from public transportation, shopping marts and restaurants. Building is clean and hygienic and security is strong.

New Dubai Gate 2 is a structure in a very good location and community. Building is well maintained as per cleanliness, and on safety and security. Facilities also are accessible. Building notices are informed timely in the lift and other visible areas. We feel safe and happy in our residence.

Have lived in dubai gate 2 for 3 years, well maintained, helpful security and reception, quiet unit; no traffic in and out. Highly recommended

I have been staying in this building for last 8 months. This building has some amazing views on top floor apartments towards the highway & JBR beach. Good staff & maintenance. Pool & gym is average quality and if you need something better- there is Move n Pick Hotel at 50m, where you can take subscription. This building also have good access to main roads and very less traffic here.
