STUDIO | FULLY FURNISHED | LAKE VIEW

I have been living in this tower for the past 4 years and it is the best building in JLT in terms of standards, quality of equipment & finishings, facilities. The apartments have nice layouts and the common areas are kept clean. Maintenance helpful whenever repairs are needed. Security is nice and welcoming. Very calm environment in the building. 24/7 Carrefour supermarket in building next to it and DMCC metro station 3 minutes away.

Gold Crest Executive is Located in C Cluster in JLT, GCE is one of the Good Tower, And All apartment are well furnished With All Amenities, & it is very near Near to DMCC Metro Station.

Very good building overall, consider renting one bedrooms, not studios. Amazing and quiet view on JLT side, but can be a bit noisy on Sheikh Zayed Road side. – Very good separate gym, average (just ok) pool with nice Jacuzzi – Very good lobby – Quite used (but still ok) apartment quality – Amazing views on lake side. – Reasonable prices. – Metro station 4 minutes to walk

I've been living here for a bit over a year now and can say that it's a decent enough building. Upkeep is fairly regular, elevators work and the amenities are just fine. The location is great as it is close to the metro, grocery store, and an assortment of restaurants. The bathroom reeks of untreated sewage sometimes but I guess that's just the "Dubai tax' and probably to be expected in most buildings. I mean, it'd be nice if my restroom didn't smell like a thousand decaying corpses but I what are you gonna do..

This tower has everything you need, right next to the Dubai Metro and close to JBR. The staff is very helpful and the tower is well maintained. I definitely recommend it if you are thinking about moving to this area of Dubai.
