I have lived in this building for +7 years and to begin with it was decent. Recently in the last 3 years everything about the building,, maintenance, communication with LOAMs (facilities management) has become progressively worse. The apartments are small and walls are paper thin (a BIG problem if you have noisy neighbor's). Corridors are badly maintained and sound echo's which can be clearly heard inside apartments. Constant water leaks, and bugs. Bad construction and cheap materials causing humidity issues way above 85 percent most of the summer causing mold to grow on walls. Fed up of the management and ended up selling. LOAMS facility management is useless. Never follow up and keep you posted on complaints. Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy an apartment in this building let alone from this developer. The only benefit is the good transport links. Right next to the metro.

Well maintained, one of the best towers in JLT with nice amenities. Excellent view , very large pool

The management staff are very polite and informative. The amenities in the building are superb! The pool is lovely and there is even a little coffee shop where you can order your coffee, and they will bring to you at poolside! There is a lovely residence lounge which has it's own wifi. There is a separate female and male gym, they aren't massive but they have everything you need and they are nicely air-conditioned. I shouldn't forget to mention the changing room and also steam and saunas! The location of the building is great, very close to JLT metro station but you can't hear it from inside the apartment. The lake where this is location is also brilliant. So many places to eat and good shops to buy your weekly shop or the odd bits and pieces. It's a real pleasant to stroll around the lake and there is a park across the bridge. JLT is a great place for families or for single people, for anyone really. There is so much greenery, it's quite refreshing to see this rather than just sand! I would recommend to anyone to move here and this particular building if they are looking for a lovely place to live.

They should fix the parking issues.

Location is the most for this tower. Metro station infront. Supermarket downstair. Pets allowed. Park in walking distance. Square style pool for swimmimg laps. Almas landmark with banks and ministries next door. No traffic 24/7. 15min walk to the JBR beach. 10min walk to dubai marina mall. 3min walk to bonnington hotel with mcgettigans bar! 5star fidelity gym 3min walk. You can walk all evening if you want. Which so rare in Dubai where you always driving. Here you can enjoy city life!
