UNFURNISHED|WITH BALCONY|SPACIOUS|PREMIUM BUILDING

I love my apartment and the JLT district. The building improved significantly with the new management company and the very helpful security team.

I lived in that building 1 year and didnt want to extend the contract for the next year. Be ready for non-stop noise from neighbors, corridor and and street. Poor sound isolation of walls and windows. Leakage and sewerage are another pain of the building. Summer time floor were always wet from humidity due to poor windows isolation. Security and building management were the only positive aspect - always helpful and friendly. I had noisy neighbors, and had to call them several times a week.

I have been staying on the top floor (39th) from over 4 months now and it has been a smooth experience. We are provided with gym, table tennis, snooker, swimming pool as well.

The building is old and required lot of maintenance and new management company have a lot of challenges to fix, in parking is a must to find someone parked in your own parking no idea how they access but apparently there is some comapny is same or next building so they all get access or maybe to clone it, it reach to a stage whereby someone was puting small note on each apartment asking for a parking while he is not leaving in building no idea how someone visit multiple floors is not spoted by security, builid have soooo many people due to sharing and overcrowd in some units which make elevators nightnight mare

One of the Best Towers in JLT large spacious units. very good location fabulous facilities

The building is not in the condition that it should be for its age.........
