This is our third year living in this building everything about it is home. The staff are like family, the location is perfect (5 min walk to the metro and 20 min to the beach). Moreover, there are so many options for outings within a five minute walk, not to mention McGettigans right in the same cluster.

One of my favourite building in JLT , Largest Swimming pool and GYM and easy access to metro station within 5 min

The apartment is fully furnished, well located with a spectacular view from the 23rd floor.. the sunrise is just WOW! The kitchen is fully equipped with all that one would need. The apartment also has its own private parking. There is a beautiful roof top pool with a kids pool too. The building has a fully equipped gymnasium.

Active Owners Association with many owners living in the tower therefore the tower is always maintained well. Great location with easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Emirates Road. Biggest gym in a tower in JLT.
