Infested with bugs and drain flies. rarely seen pest control done. these dont go away with a localized pest control The gym is old, and for 10 years the equipment has been damaged (useless gym) The only way to get maintenance is through one security guy who is just a front to give excuses. Consistent maintenance issues - fire alarm goes off monthly, pipe leakages, sewage smell, water disruptions.

Family tower suitable for families but you have to pay 5% in the renewal of the contract and pay for the chiller,
