The best in jlt

We’ve been to so many towers in jlt and MBL residences is by far the best building we have seen. Great maintenance and facilities in the building! The best gym you will ever see in a residential tower and don’t forget about the jacuzzi and bbq area next to the pool side. It’s also very kids friendly since they have a small playground outdoor. And on top of that they also provide a massage chair that you can use!! Last but not least, the tower has the best location since you can exit it immediately and reach the sheikh Zayed road in 3 min!

We lived 2.5 years in MBL and had a great time! The people in the building were polite and respectful and the apartment itself is high in quality. Not like to other old buildings we saw in JLT. The facilities were next level and it was super nice to have a professional gym in the building, with amazing pool, jacuzzis and massage chair room. I can recommend this building!

The building looks very luxurious but the quality of the building is not ideal. Normally it takes 3-5 years in Dubai to complete a fine project but this one took much less time. The windows do not block the sound and you can hear traffic and cars inside the room even tho the building is no where near the road. Cheap furnitures imported from China, not as half-good as other luxurious buildings in JLT but price of MBL is much higher. Multiple constructions around MBL and 2 buildings in pipeline in the same cluster. Very noisy.
