The building itself is not that old, but with the current management, you would think it is 20 years old. The cleaning and maintenance standards are extremely poor. The cleaning team is very careless and does not clean the common areas properly, starting from the elevators and corridors to the gym, which is often left dirty. We have complained several times to the building reception, but unfortunately, there has been no noticeable improvement. The overall level of cleanliness and maintenance is very disappointing.

The view is very nice from here. I am still new but so far i do not have any issues. everything was ready and on time.

I came from another building and one of the reasons to left the building was their staff. I am here now and they have a good staff and they are very positive. Building is really nice with a wide entrance and good place to live.

Very nice building, really enjoyed my stay here, JLT is an amazing area for family/couples, really recommend people staying here, in particular preatoni is one of the best buildings in the area
