UNFURNISHED WITH BALCONY|SPACIOUS|PREMIUM BUILDING

I am living in icon tower 2 .. Security staff are very professional and friendly. However building is old and apartments required much maintenance. Moreover because construction on near cluster which seems working 24/7 cause much noise during day and night . Some of rooms found water leakage. You need to have attention that is not chiller free . So expected minimum to pay month 350 for empower

This is a family building with less chaos around it. The maintenance , security everything is excellent. There is even a supermarket in the building . Easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road being another plus point

I've been living in this building for 3 years. The tower's location is perfect for families with kids. You can take a walk/jog around the lake, while your kids enjoy the lake area by bike/scooter riding and playgrounds, etc. A lot of cafes and restaurants are around the corner. For me another plus is this building has very easy access to Sheikh Zayed road when driving, no hassle of round tours to exit JLT. 3/4 min walking distance to the Metro Station. Swimming pool and fitness is never crowded even during the weekend. Neighbors are nice and friendly. Overall, I'm happy to live in this tower.

Garbage chute is too noisy near some apartments. Smell of cigarette in the corridor. There is construction going on in the same cluster and its noisy at night.

Building is centrally located with proximity to metro and direct access to Sheik Zayed Rd, Garn Al Sabhka and First Al Khail.

The location of this tower is perfect, one of the best spots in JLT. Easy access and exit from and to JLT. Good value for money away for the traffic. very good finishing and well maintained.
