I have been living in lakepoint for more than 14 years and i have a really big problem with the lifts and today there was water leakage and it penetrated through the lifts and now we have to go so many floors to my home. Really Bad service

Building is conveniently located at the edge of JLT and has good supermarket and shops nearby. But it is little old and not well maintained. Lot of Adian families live here.

At around AED 650 per square foot, this property is available at a very discounted price. Opposite to this building is where the DMCC is coming up with its tower and Mall hence this place is being spruced up and transformed . Nice opportunity to grab this property at a low price and have a good quality life or a making a smart investment. The latest rental that the 3bhk fetches is AED130,000 which is close to 10% gross yield . What more can one ask for?
