Madina Tower really stands out in terms of the quality of the finish of the building. The sizes of the apartments are also some of the largest that I have seen in Dubai, let alone JLT. Very easy to entertain a whole group of guest in your large living room. The park behind the building and the sparkling Marina mall in front of it really helps with the community life. You also have all the best eateries around. Highly recommend!

I have stayed here for a year spacious apartments good pool and gym. The nightmare is maintenance and leakage which is never ending story and there is no solution to it no matter how hard you try.

Excellent building with great facilities. Probably the most spacious 2bdr of Dubai. (2000sqft+). And the location is probably the best one in JLT as it's surrounded by good quality restaurants and cafe, and has a park which is dog friendly at the bottom.

Very good maintained building but only disadvantage is that room does not have any windows.The chiller charges are high a you need to keep running it all the day for ventilation even if the weather is cold enough .

I love everything about Madina Tower. The units are big and spacious, the tower is quiet, neighbours are respectful and friendly, and the security and maintenance staff are brilliant and very helpful. The one-way system in JLT can be a bit boring, but at least there's no traffic. The pool and gym are very big and well-maintained. There's also a sauna and steam room - although sometimes they are turned off. There's a Carrefour and other supermarkets within a 1-minute walk, plus lots of nice restaurants and cafes.

The problem only is the parking for guests.very few and limited in time.
