The Aramad Tower has all the advantages of living in JLT. It is only 15 15-minute walk to the Sobha metro station. Pet friendly area, with plenty of greenery. Great place for children as there is a big park close by. There are several retail shops and two big supermarkets in the cluster, Viva and Carrefour. The building has 6 fast elevators so there is minimum of delays in the lobby.

JLT Park is one of the greatest neighbourhoods in Dubai. I love the green area, the proximity of retail stores (Carrefour, Viva, MMI), Cinema under the stars on the lawn, etc. The biggest problem is the management company they picked - Stratum. I live here since яMay 2023, and for these 1,5 years Stratum hasn't been cleaning windows in the building. I live the 30th floor, and the main thing I can see from the window is the dirt on it.

It’s a very nice place with a great accessibility for transportation. There is a Costa coffee in basement and 2 International social bar with a live music once a week. The apartment is very silent. This is place is highly recommend for people who have pets with plenty of space and amazing views.

My husband and I have chosen to renew our contract although the rental fees have increased in recent months. The location of the building is convenient for both us and fun for our kids as it is close to the park. The corridors are clean and bright. The reception staff are friendly. I don't like the gym as much since the machines are relatively old. We live on a higher floor with an eye-catching view, facing the sunrise in the morning.

Armada 3 is a great place to live. The location is fantastic. Close to the park, metro, shops, and all facilities of JLT. The building is well-maintained and clean. Chiller is free and it is freezing cold. Apartments are bright with great views on both sides of the building.
