This building has many advantages R Cluster is next to metro station Reserved car parking with access control Central AC and free chiller Regular cleaning and maintenance Security guard 24*7 CCTV cameras lobby and lifts and on each floor for safety Gymnasium fully equipped Roof top pools, kids pool Large luxury lobby with sofa seating Great neighborhood with umpteen restaurant Large big DMCC park for kids DMCC has regular events. Amazing marina view from apartment Supermarket in the building for daily grocery needs. Tim Hortons in the same building

AC is old and very noisy. Building management doesnt want to do anything about it. AC in the whole building is working very bad. pools is nice and location is good

Lived in Al Waleed 4 years. Building management and maintenance extremely friendly, convenient and high-quality unlike many other JLT towers who have cumbersome red tape. Chiller-free facility allowing residents to control their own AC bill and avoid main chiller provider problems. Inside fit out is stylish. beautiful views of JLT park, lake and Marina skyline. Entire SW parking area of the Tower is free 24/7.

Pool timing is from 8am to 8pm only, which is very limited especially during weekdays. But pool view is good. Chiller is free (you only pay more for electricity bill), but it is working badly with nosily running engine struggling for hours to reach target temperature.
