Access to the Metro (right beside Sobha Metro and Marina Tram lines) is super convenient. Airconditioning of the common areas and the apartment is strong even on Summers. Facilities are well maintained. Security and Building Management are friendly and responsive.

Only Residential Cluster in JLT. Metro station is a stone throw away with Tram connection. 10 minute walk across the bridge to Marina, 20 min walk to the beach in JBR.

It’s well maintained and I would say one of the best buildings in JLT. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the community is great. No noise or smell disturbance from other apartments.
