Mgmt allows owners to completely tear down their units and redesign which results into months long loud noises from various units. The tower has non-stop year around construction and demolition in one unit or another. When we raised this issue, we were told that 10 floors up and 10 floors down will be disturbed during construction. This is my second year in this tower. If you work from home or at home during the day, its unbearable because your whole apartment will be shaking.

Been living for 3 years and everyday (except Sunday) there is a never stop drilling. Very annoying. Not recommended to live in.

I've been staying here since the last 8 years. It's undoubtedly amongst one of the best towers in JLT! All apartments in Cluster U (comprising of Al Seef 2, Al Seef 3 and Tamweel Tower) are very spacious and have a great layout.

Very good building with good maintenance. Lovely lobby, good service. Enough lifts, no long waiting. 7 years in the building, no complain. Close to Metro.
