Have been living in this building for the last few years now and so far this is the best building and location in all JLT

Having lived all over Dubai for 10+ years this building and location is by far the best value for money. The quality of the building is great as it was built during the “boom years” of 2007 onwards, where the best engineers and building materials were used in the making. (Unlike many other new builds). The views are stunning and roof top pool are its unique selling points along with accessibility to metro, cafes and restaurants. I am proud to call this my new home !

Have stayed here for 4 yrs, dont want to leave this building but have to move out as my family is growing. I tried to get bigger apartment in the same building but all were gone. Security, amenities, maintenance are all top notch. Close to metro and many groceries shops. Building is quite and excellent place to live for Family, kids and aged people. I wish I had enough funds to buy an apartment in this building. Will certainly miss this....!!!

This is one of the best towers to live in at JLT. High quality finish, vigilant but friendly security, awesome pool. The place is friendly and quiet. Good area for walks or runs around the lake.

The finishes in this building are the closest to 5-star quality that the glossy brochures promised us. Marble floors in the common areas, Italian tiles in the apartments, Villeroy and Boch throughout the apartments with Grohe fittings. This tower has far and away the most desirable pool in JLT it is on the rooftop sensibly sized and an oasis of calm. This tower was completed before the crisis hit in 2009 and you can tell the difference when you look at the others that completed in 2009 - 2013. It's a great place for families and singles alike.
