Tower is well maintained and location is top notch

Easy access from exit 32 directly, minimum traveling time in exit and access, best views, panoramic views on the lake and neighborhood communities, best sea views, best apartments’ built up internal area, best amenities, swimming pool and gym, many other features.

This family-oriented apartment offers a standout kitchen with a special dishwasher space in addition to washer and dryer which is not available inmost buildings in JLT. It also features a maid's room, a decent balcony, and is pet-friendly. The gym and pool facilities are impressive. However, ongoing nearby construction may cause noise for 1.5 years. The aging building may require occasional maintenance. Weekday traffic and parking can be challenging due to nearby office buildings. On the bright side, there are diverse dining options nearby, adding to its convenience.
